TERMS OF SERVICE
- The art you commission may be used as example art and/or shared on social media. You maintain a right to keep your commissioned art private if you wish, but this must be communicated.
- Hate art of any kind will not be tolerated – requesting such will result in a blacklist and ban from future commissions.
- By commissioning you confirm that you are above the age of 18 or have parental permission.
- Art may take some time to create depending on my real-life circumstances, current queue or other factors – you can request updates when you want if you’re unsure, but I will try to get all art done in a reasonable timeframe.
- You are allowed to request changes through the sketch process, but only small changes can be made once the linework stage is complete. Large changes at this point or after may result in an additional charge.
- Once the linework stage is complete, you are no longer eligible for a refund. However, if I feel I am unable to complete the art due to personal circumstances, a refund will be given in full and you will still receive the piece at it’s point in progress.
- All payments must be made through PayPal invoice – the invoice is sent once the sketch is approved by the customer. The art remains on hold until the payment is made.
- If you have fully read through this TOS – leave the phrase “dogs r cool” in the confirmation box on the form. Failure to do so will result in your commission request being ignored.
- The payment will be made in GBP – please keep this in mind when budgeting for the commission.
- You may share my art with others, but please give credit.
- You may not use my art for any commercial use.
